Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to bookings made through the SilkDriver website and apps. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

SilkDriver is the public brand of the driver service at drivercompany.in, previously published as "Driver Company". It is operated by KATTULA OMKAR SRI HARSHA, Marvel, 5th Floor, Khaitalpur, Hyderabad.

How to cancel: open the booking and choose Cancel booking. If that option is no longer shown — for example because your driver has already reached you — tell your driver, or contact support on +91 79977 70220 or support@drivercompany.in.

If no driver is available for your booking, the booking is closed. You are not charged.

A driver can hand a booking back before the trip starts. We can then look for another driver for you. You can keep waiting or cancel; either way there is no charge.

• Payment is made only after a trip is completed, so a booking that is cancelled or closed before the trip has nothing to refund.
• This website does not take payments. A fare paid directly to your driver is not processed by us; if there is a problem with such a payment, contact support and we will help to resolve it.
• Where a trip was paid online in the SilkDriver app and you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your booking reference. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, to the original payment method.

Please raise a payment dispute or refund request within 7 days of the booking or payment concerned, where applicable. Include your booking reference and a short description of the problem so that we can look into it quickly.
